Multiple Day Sessions

These multi-day sessions are offered to teach skills and to support the integration of technology into the classroom. The same participants attend every session. Starting, completing and receiving feedback on projects is a portion of every series. Objectives, outcomes and outlines are available upon request. Each series can be customized to disability and age level. Data collection can be emphasized and practiced if requested.

• Assistive Technology A to Z (Introduction to AT, 2 days, hands on, should occur in a computer lab, individual or team-based)
• The Assistive Technology Assessment Process (Support through the assessment process, 3- 4 days, team-based, data collection included)
• Assistive Technology Team Training (Guided support through the program based assistive technology team development process, 3 days, including on-site consultations)
• ECT: Environmental Communication Teaching Training (5 days, 8 day optional train-the- trainer component, team-based, target student use of AAC, data collection included)
• ERI: Electronic Reading Integration (3 days, target student use of any electronic reading system, data collection included)
• LIT: Literacy Integration Training for Students with Severe Disabilities (4 days, customizable to reading/writing curriculum, team-based, data collection included)
• Planning for AT Integration (Individual/Student focused, 3 to 4 days depending upon assessment needs, team-based, data collection included)
